„1920s casino night" with extensive venue decorations, a swing band, casino with a craps table, two roulette tables, two blackjack tables and two Texas Hold’em poker tables, a hawker’s tray girl, customized rectangular tokens and a branded poker case as the prize for the evening’s overall winner.

Execution

In the run-up to the event, the employees were simply told that this year’s Christmas party was going to have an unusual theme: „The Roaring Twenties". Many of them were inspired by the dress code tips provided by the dedicated in-house organizing committee and arrived at the event in fantastic 1920s-style outfits.

The festive meal in the atrium of the historic Römischen Hof building was accompanied by a swing band, after which the CEO said a few welcoming words. Then the casino was open for business: the guests received rectangular tokens with their dessert and in the atrium’s outdoor area a series of casino motifs were projected onto the walls. The casino table lighting was switched on and the croupiers and a hawker’s tray lady in a 1920s outfit arrived on the scene.

After the tokens had been exchanged at the cashier booth, the guests tried their luck at the various casino gaming tables. This was followed by a brief awards ceremony and then everyone danced the rest of the night away.
