3. Data collection on our website

Cookies

Some of our web pages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies help to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are saved by your browser and stored on your computer.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain in your device’s memory until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser when you visit the site again.
You can configure your browser so that it informs you about the use of cookies. That way, you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when you close your browser. You can find more information about this at the AllAboutCookies.org. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Server log files

When using our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not provide us with information, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called server log files). When you access our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons and will not be combined with data from other sources.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are any concrete indications of illegal use.

The information generated is stored by the provider ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich (Hauptstrasse 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany) and deleted after 30 days.

Contact form / e-mail / phone call

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you have provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry, asking any questions we may have and in the context of a booking. The processing of the data you provide in the contact form is thus carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. For this purpose we use the Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA) as an e-mail provider within the scope of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 DGSVO.

The same applies to any personal data we receive from you via e-mail or telephone.

In addition, if you have filled out the contact form, your IP address is also stored to prevent misuse.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties with your express consent during the offer stage (i.e. during the preparation and provision of a quote). This could be, for example, passing on your contact details to one of our cooperation partners. When processing an order, personal data (e. g. name and telephone number) may be passed on to a cooperation partner, employee and/or vicarious agent if this is necessary to fulfill the order.

The duration of the storage of your personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period (e. g. commercial and tax retention periods). After expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer necessary for the processing or initiation of the contract and/or there is no longer any legitimate interest on our part in the further storage.

Details regarding data storage

Information stored

IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Union or in other countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide the website operator with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google.

Demographic data collection

This website uses the “demographic characteristics” feature offered by Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated containing statements about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and third-party visitor data. This data cannot be attributed to any specific individual person.

Google Signals

We have enabled Google signals in Google Analytics. This updates existing Google Analytics features (ad reports, remarketing, cross-device reports and interest and demographic reports) to get aggregated and anonymised data from you, provided you have allowed personalised ads in your Google account.

What makes this special is that it is cross-device tracking. This means that your data can be analysed across devices. By activating Google signals, data is collected and linked to the Google account. Google can thus recognise, for example, if you view a product on our website via a smartphone and only buy the product later via a laptop. Thanks to the activation of Google signals, we can launch cross-device remarketing campaigns that would otherwise not be possible in this form. Remarketing means that we can also show you our offer on other websites.

In Google Analytics, Google signals also collect other visitor data such as location, search history, YouTube history and data about your actions on our website. This gives us better advertising reports from Google and more useful information about your interests and demographics. This includes your age, what language you speak, where you live or what gender you are. Social criteria such as your profession, marital status or income are also added. All these characteristics help Google Analytics to define groups of people or target groups.

The reports also help us to better assess your behaviour, your wishes and interests. This enables us to optimise and adapt our services and products for you. This data expires by default after 26 months. Please note that this data collection only takes place if you have allowed personalised advertising in your Google Account. This is always aggregated and anonymous data and never data of individual persons. You can manage or delete this data in your Google Account.
