Royal-Events - The Berlin event management agency with a friendly poker face

Royal-Events is a Berlin-based event management agency with over 20 years’ experience providing mobile casino entertainment. We rent various gaming tables like roulette, blackjack and poker with trained event croupiers for corporate events all over Germany and Europe. To create the right atmosphere and round off the whole entertainment package, we also organize suitable decorations  and book experienced performers. We also offer all the extra bells and whistles typically offered by a full-service event management agency, including hotel bookings, location scouting, Transfers, Guides and much more.

Our core business is to enhance employee, Corporate- und trade fair events with our creative concepts. In addition to our classic casino events, we have also developed a variety of other concepts including themed events, poker tournaments and team quiz shows. Our focus is on exclusive, playful event concepts that encourage interaction between the guests, so that our customers can achieve their goals by offering unforgettable experiences in a relaxed setting.

Through passion, creativity, a keen eye for detail and a desire to constantly improve our services, in just a few years we transformed our annual 1920s-style Casino Royal event series into a successful company that operates throughout Germany and across Europe. In fact, we’ve already organized well over 2,000 exceptional events for our customers.

Event management agency with over 20 years’ experience

The Royal-Events story began with a series of themed events called Casino Royal. The first Casino Royal was held in a back room in 1998 with just 20 guests and a roulette-table. Even back then, our aim was to provide an exclusive gaming experience in stylish surrounds. An early highpoint was Christmas Day in 2007, when 600 jubilant guests tried their luck on 18 gaming tables at Café Moskau in Berlin-Mitte.

Between 1999 and 2007, the events had to be held in ever-larger venues due to the constantly growing number of guests. The themed evenings recreated the excitement of The Roaring Twenties and were held every year at Christmas. Other gaming tables like blackjack, craps and poker were introduced, as well as live bands like Andrej Hermlin and his Swing Dance Orchestra.

Andrej Hermlin first sang the praises of Casino Royal back in 2001: “Our orchestra traveled to New York several times, where we played in the famous Hotel Pennsylvania, the legendary Rainbow Room in the Rockefeller Center as well as nearly all the swing clubs in the city. The 1930s vibe is still very much alive there. But no-one had managed to create an atmosphere as authentic as you do with Casino Royal.”

This led to the idea of integrating the special atmosphere of these parties into other events held throughout the year. So at the start of 2002, Royal-Events Bansemir & Partner GbR was founded and began operating while its owners completed their studies in business administration. After successfully graduating from Humboldt University, both managing directors began working for the company full-time and have since carried out over 200 events each year throughout all of Germany.

A new chapter in the Royal-Events story began on January 1, 2014: The company changed its legal form to become Royal-Events GmbH in support of its transformation into the leading casino entertainment provider on the German market.
