How does a casino event work?

What do I need to pay attention to regarding tax?

If you host a company celebration in Germany, the cost of the party will be subject to payroll tax and social security contributions if it exceeds a predefined limit. The tax-free limit is currently €110.00 (including VAT) per participating employee and event.
