Christmas party on December 18, 2008 in the "Kalkscheune" in Berlin, with 100 guests


Full-service event with overall concept planning – location inquiries, catering, artist booking, technical assistance, Team-Quiz Show with 6 question sets (compilation of quiz content), hosting, assistants,visual installations, continuous integration of the corporate designand photographic documentation.

The Client's Request:

There was a special challenge to this 2008 Christmas party: two departments were to be merged within the new business year. This event was to provide a relaxed atmosphere in which everyone could get to know their new colleagues.

Our Results:

Mixed, interdepartmental gaming teams are perfect for breaking old behavior patterns and enhancing group cohesion. The Team-Quiz-Show proved to be the perfect environment: while trying to solve the questions, the teams worked together – talked, pondered and laughed.

The host, assistants and band created the necessary relaxed and entertaining atmosphere for everybody to start off the new business year with this wonderful shared memory. The questionnaires, presentation material and menus were all featured in the company's corporate design.
