Basic Data:
Client event, on March 27, 2009, at the penta Hotel in Berlin Köpenick,
with approx. 200 guests.
Service:
Full-service event including location inquiries, guest lodging, technical
assistance, catering, six casino tables, one cash desk, one candy girl,
customized visual installations, decorative partitions and play money
with corporate design, as well as a live band and a DJ.
Task:
The development, planning and implementation of the client event
"Techem Casino Night," in replacement of the previously established
"Skat Night," to make the event entertaining to both the men and
the women in attendance.
Implementation:
The ballroom of the penta Hotel in Berlin Köpenick was transformed
into an extravagant casino with custom created light installations and
decorative partitions. Here the guests could enjoy exhilarating Jazz
music while playing at the tables. The Techem Euro proved to be the
perfect keepsake for the clients to remember this wonderful evening.
