„Golden Twenties Casino Night“ with a wide variety of decoration in the location, swing band, Casinotables including one Craps table, two Roulette-Tables, two BlackJack-Tables and two Poker-Tables, vendor’s tray girl, custom designed Plaques as well as a custom made Pokercase for the winner of the evening.
Task:
After a successful business year for the young berlin-based start-up company, an amazing Christmas-party was to please all employees. Therefore an event was needed which fits internet boom-town Berlin and its vibrating zeitgeist.
Implementation:
In the run-up to the event all the employees know, that in this years Christmas Party has an extraordinary theme: the roaring twenties. Most of them were inspired by little hints of the dedicated in-house organisation committee and showed up in fanciful outfits.
After the festive menu which was accompanied by a Swing-Band, the CEO said some welcoming words. Then the casino was strikingly opened: while dessert was being served the guest received their custom-made Plaque-Jetons, at the same time in the area of the atrium different casino-motives were thrown on the walls and the lighting of the casino-tables was switched on. The dealers and the vendor's tray girls showed up in their special twenties outfits. After changing their Plaque-Jetons at the cashier's desk the guests tried their luck at the casino tables. To finish in style, people were dancing the night away after a brief award ceremony.
