Team-Building Event

Basic Data:
Christmas party on December 18, 2008 in the "Kalkscheune" in
Berlin, with 100 guests

Service:
Full-service event with overall concept planning - location inquiries,
catering, artist booking, technical assistance, Team-Quiz Show with
6 question sets (compilation of quiz content), hosting, assistants,
visual installations, continuous integration of the corporate design
and photographic documentation

Task:
There was a special challenge to this 2008 Christmas party: two
departments were to be merged within the new business year. This
event was to provide a relaxed atmosphere in which everyone could
get to know their new colleagues.

Implementation:
Mixed, interdepartmental gaming teams are perfect for breaking old
behavior patterns and enhancing group cohesion. The Team-Quiz
Show proved to be the perfect environment: while trying to solve the
questions, the teams worked together - talked, pondered and laughed.
The host, assistants and band created the necessary relaxed and
entertaining atmosphere for everybody to start off the new business
year with this wonderful shared memory. The questionnaires, presen-
tation material and menus were all featured in the company's
corporate design.

Evening event for a general sales meeting in the concert hall
Karlsruhe, on September 14, 2007, with 135 guests

Service:
A casino evening event with several Roulette, Black Jack and Poker
tables, two candy girls, as well as customized and branded play
money, printed chips and personalized game instructions

Task:
Team building in an easy going, comfortable atmosphere with
the integration and application of the topics discussed during
the general sales meeting held earlier in the day

Implementation:
In cooperation with the organizational management team of
the United Internet Media AG, we developed a personalized
game structure: the various casino games conveyed company
specific information (e.g. through the customized assignment
and naming of the field on the tableau). In addition, a second
game - the United Internet Media Quiz - assessed and deve-
loped the guests' integration of newly acquired information.
The participants were grouped into 11 teams, with the assign-
ment to collect as many points as possible during the course
of the evening.
